My photoshop is being dumb and it won't let me use layers .. so .. I was really lazy and I came up with this .

I am not proud of this pic at all . I hate it especially the way I drew her eyes and eyelashes . stupid stupid stupid stupid smudge tool D :<

other than that .. I like the effects that I used .

my pics never come out how I want them to .. that's what really makes me frustrated ...
